Please find below a link to a Google Form/ Survey that we would appreciate all club members to complete by Monday 15th December.
So far we have had 70 completed surveys out of 230 possible members.

This invaluable feedback will help us shape our offering moving forwards and it's important we hear from you as our club members so that you have your say on how we are performing and any potential changes we could make to enhance the service we provide.
All entries remain annoymous, however, if you would like to be in with the chance of winning a Hibernian FC signed football, we ask that you leave your email address at the bottom of the form.
